IV. Action Items:
A. Councilman Robert McBride would like the Council to consider and approve placing a new monument at the memorial park for the soldiers from Roscoe that were killed in Action
B. Consider a budget amendment Resolution
C. Consider using a separate object code for ARP funds in Capital Outlay
D. Discuss and possible action in regards to a Debit – Credit card policy
E. Consider approval of November minutes and bills paid
V. Closed Session:
A. Review, consider, reject applications for City Administrator
If, during the course of the meeting any discussion of an item on the agenda should be held in closed meeting, the Council will convene in such closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Tex.
